**DISCLAIMER** "In Stock" items:
As much as feasible, we intend for items marked as "in stock" to be available for despatch; however, especially where items are despatched directly from suppliers, we cannot always guarantee the accuracy of our stock indication so always recommend checking with us if your order is urgent. Some items are marked "in stock" to enable ordering where a manufacturing lead time is in place and we try to indicate as much as possible where this is the case. Examples include some models of Wooden Swimming Pools, some sauna and steam rooms, and also all Safety Covers, which may be "made to order". If you feel that a lead time is unsuitable or unreasonable, you may cancel your order.
We endeavour to despatch items same day where possible, on a 2-3 business day service. However, our standard expected delivery timescales for small items where items are in stock with us or a supplier are as follows:
England and Wales: 3-5 business days
Scotland: 3-5 business days
NI: 5-7 business days

​N.B. large and palletised items such as heat pumps and large filters may also be subject to longer lead times due to processing and delivery provider requirements. As of March 2025 we anticipate a minimum 2-3 week delivery lead time on these items where purchased through the online store and 1-2 weeks in cases where we create a manual order and provide a payment link.​

Payment processing delays:
Some lead times can be impacted by payment processing timescales through our online payments partners. If you would like to make an expedited payment, we are able to create a manual order and provide an alternative payment service from our bank, which is equally secure and accepts cards so you remain fully protected.

Delivery methods:
We use a variety of delivery partners, including couriers, Royal Mail, and pallet-freight services. For large items by freight-carriers, deliveries are typically "kerbside", cannot be left, and it is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery and move the item from the delivery point to your desired installation location.

Signing for deliveries:
Once signed for, deliveries are considered fully accepted. We are unable to open cases with our delivery or supply partners for damaged items that have been signed for.

Redelivery:
If a delivery date has been arranged and is turned away or there is no one available to accept it, you may be charged failed or redelivery fees.

Delivery charges:
If you believe that a delivery charge is being incorrectly applied to your order then please contact support@gardensplash.co.uk with your order details.

We may reject orders where they have been accepted "out of area" or an incorrectly calculated delivery charge has been applied (including if it features in the table below in error). We will contact you in advance to discuss this if we are considering cancelling your order.

Cancellations:
You have a statutory right to change your mind and cancel your order for a full refund. Some exceptions apply, for example bespoke or made-to-order items may be subject to reduced or refused refunds depending on any terms agreed and costs incurred by us. If you do not notify us in writing prior to an order being despatched and a failed delivery cost is incurred, this will be deducted from any refund due.

Returns:
Returns outside of the limitations of rights set within UK consumer law and distance-selling regulations are accepted at our discretion. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of your wish to return the item and then have 14 days in which to send it to us. Delivery charges and fees incurred by you will not be refunded and goods must be "new and unused" when we inspect them to qualify for a full refund.

Bespoke and made to order items:
Returns for reasons other than defect are not accepted on bespoke or made-to-order items. During the ordering or order confirmation process, you will be notified of any cancellation, return, or refund limitations applied to your order and allowed to cancel prior to manufacture commencing.
